Personal data protection directive under article 13 of the legislative decree no. 196/2003

According to legislative Decree No 196/2003 concerning the protection of personal data, we inform you that for the duration of our contractual agreement, our organisation will be in the possession of personal data relating to you. This data will be processed electronically.

In accordance with legislative Decree No 196/2003, by being in possession of your personal data, we are obliged to inform you of which data we will process and certain information regarding how we will use your data. We will process personal and tax data as well as economic data that is necessary to carry out our contractual agreement. We will not require sensible (section 4 part e) or judicial (section 4 part e) data relating to you.

The data will be processed in relation to the contractual requirements and the consequent fulfilment of legal and fiscal obligations.

Throughout and following the contractual relations, we will process your data in order to meet our legal obligations and any eventual administrative and commercial objectives.

The data processing will occur by means of instruments and procedures appropriate to guarantee safety and confidentiality. This may be done both on paper and computer format.

Obligations and choices regarding the conferring of data

In accordance with European Community directives, or to be more precise, directives stated by authorities, bodies and controllers; fulfilment of our agreement will not be possible if our company does not adhere to our legal obligations concerning our possession of your personal data. The importance of personal data that we are not obliged to be in possession of will be assessed from time to time in order to determine how important this data is in relation to our company.
